Cross Country to Host SBC Championship, Announce 2013 Schedule

TROY, Ala. – Troy University will host the 2013 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championship on Saturday, November 2. The Trojans also host two other meets during the season and will travel to four others.
Troy opens the season with the Trojan Invitational on Friday, August 30. Following an off-week, the Trojans travel to Mobile, Ala., for the Azalea City Classic and to Atlanta, Ga., for the Georgia State Invitational in back-to-back weekends.
Troy returns home for the annual Coach “O” Invitational on Saturday, October 12, before heading to the Crimson Classic in Tuscaloosa, Ala., the following weekend.
The Trojans then host the conference championships. The NCAA South Region Championships will take place on Friday, November 15, with the NCAA Championships on Saturday, November 23.
