Trojans to Host Play 4Kay Game on Saturday

TROY, Ala. – The Troy women's basketball team will host its annual Play 4Kay game on Saturday when Georgia State visits for a 7:45 p.m. game at Trojan Arena. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to the game as the Trojans look to raise awareness for cancer.
Fans can purchase T-shirts from the women's basketball staff all week for $10. T-shirts will also be available for purchase at the door at Trojan Arena prior to the game, as supplies last. All proceeds will go to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. Fans can also donate to the fund at Saturday's game.
The Trojans will wear special shirts during pregame warm-ups to commemorate the occasion.

Since its inception in 2007, the Play 4Kay initiative has raised over $2.8 million to support women's cancer research. The Kay Yow Cancer Fund is the official charity of the initiative. The Kay Yow Cancer Fund, in partnership with the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) and The V Foundation, charitable organization committed to being a part of finding an answer in the fight against women's cancers through raising money for scientific research, assisting the underserved and unifying people for a common cause.
