TROY, Alabama – Seniors Alex Huynh and Abby Reynolds as well as junior Haley Roberson were named Second Team All-Sun Belt as voted by the league's coaches, the conference office announced on Tuesday.
Â
Huynh, a transfer from Colorado, played in 17 games and recorded three assists on the season. The defender served as the Trojans primary set piece taker while also anchoring the team's backline.
Â
Reynolds scored 19 goals in her career for the Trojans – fifth-most all-time – including four in her senior campaign to tie Brook McKee for the team led. The Gloucester, England, native enters the tournament with 46 career points and eight career game-winning goals, both rank in the top five all-time at Troy.
Â
Haley Roberson turned in another solid season, her second since transferring from Auburn. The Burke, Va., product recorded four assists on the year and was the only Trojan to start all 19 games in the regular season.
Â
