TROY, Alabama – The Troy soccer team signed 11 newcomers on National Signing Day, Jason Hamilton announced on Wednesday.  "We couldn't be more excited about the group we have coming in," Hamilton said. "We know we have some big shoes to fill with the seniors that left. We feel like we have some players that can help us out on both sides of the ball. What's really exciting about this class is the players that can play in different positions, which suits our style of play."  The new class features players from seven different U.S. states, including Alabama. The class also has two international players from Sweden.  The 2015 Troy team finished second in the Sun Belt and finished with a 14-4-2 overall record and a 6-2-1 conference record. Last years squad set 14 individual career-records, two single-season records and seven team records including season attendance, fewest losses and highest winning percentage.  For more information on Troy soccer, as well as all of Troy Athletics, visit TroyTrojans.com. Fans can also find the Trojans on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat by searching for Troy Athletics.  2016 TROY SOCCER SIGNING CLASSAndrup
