TROY, Alabama – Troy football is going bowling for the second straight season and for the seventh time at the FBS level, and Trojan Nation can help send Community Heroes to the game.

Troy Athletics is now selling Community Hero Bowl Tickets for just $20, which will be donated to military, teachers and first responders in the local community of whichever bowl Troy plays in.

There is no limit on how many Community Hero Bowl Tickets fans can purchase, and Troy Athletics will work with various local agencies and organizations, including schools, police & fire departments, military bases and Veterans Affairs offices to distribute the donated tickets.

"This is a win-win for our fan base and the community of our bowl game," Troy Athletics Director Jeremy McClain said. "Purchasing the Community Bowl Tickets is a great way for our fan base to show a potential bowl game that we support not only this football program, but also have a charitable heart for an extremely deserving group of individuals."

Community Hero Bowl Tickets can be purchased by calling 877-878-WINS, by visiting TroyTrojans.com/tickets or in person at the ticket office in Trojan Arena. Troy Athletics will begin selling general bowl tickets on Dec. 3 once an official announcement on Troy's bowl destination is made.
