TROY, Alabama – Troy Athletics and the Troy University Alumni Association have teamed up for an exciting new Young Alumni Program for recent Troy graduates.
Â
The program is open to all Troy University alums who graduated within the last three years and participation will be limited to just 200 packages. For only $50, members of the Troy Young Alumni Program will receive:
Â
- One (1) year membership in the Troy Alumni Association
- One (1) year membership in the Trojan Warrior Fund
- One (1) football season ticket in Young Alumni Section - Section 209 (directly behind student section on the 50-yard line)
Â
Additionally, the first 50 young alumni to take advantage of this new package will receive an on-campus parking pass for Troy's six home football games.
Â
Each qualifying Troy alum may purchase up to two Young Alumni Program memberships. However, parking passes will be limited to one per account.
Â
"An important objective for the continued growth of Troy Athletics is maintaining a connection with our students after graduation," Director of Athletics Jeremy McClain said. "Thanks to the partnership with the Troy Alumni Association, this program allows our recent graduates to remain connected and transition into supportive alums and lifelong fans."
Â
"This is a great way for our young alums to get involved with not only athletics, but also the Alumni Association," Troy Director of Alumni Affairs Faith Ward said. "There are so many benefits to being a member of the Alumni Association and now our recent graduates can take advantage of being both an Alumni Association member and Trojan Warrior Fund donor."
Â
Trojan Warrior Fund donor benefits include priority seating for home and away athletic events, priority ticketing for postseason play and special Trojan Warrior Fund access to Athletic Department functions throughout the year.
Registration is simple and can be done by visiting TroyTrojans.com/Tickets, by calling 877-878-WINS (9467)Â or in person by visiting the ticket office at Trojan Arena.
Coming off the best turnaround in the country, an Associated Press Top 25 ranking, the first 10-win season in the school's FBS history and a Dollar General Bowl title, Troy will be among the favorites in the Sun Belt Conference and the Group of Five with 17 starters and 54 lettermen returning from the 2016 squad.
Â
Troy set single-season records last season for both overall attendance and per-game attendance. The Trojans once again have six home games in The Vet including in-state matchups with Alabama State and South Alabama.
