The kickoff of the 2017 football season is approaching quickly, so here's a look at the last break down of the 12 opponents that the Trojans will face this year. Troy will play host to conference foes South Alabama, Georgia Southern, Idaho and Texas State.

SOUTH ALABAMA – Oct. 11
The conference home slate will begin with the "Battle for the Belt" as Troy will welcome in-state rival South Alabama to the Vet. Last season, students and fans swarmed Mobile to watch their Trojans take back "The Belt" from the Jaguars – the Trojans lead the all-time series 3-2 (1-1 at home).
